Recognizing this, Merittech has developed proven implementation methodologies that they have successfully used in over 400 installations of both Infor ERP XA and Infor ERP SyteLine. Merittech is pleased to offer two levels of implementation services catered to our clients based upon their needs and budgets: the Collaborative Implementation Model and the Client Driven Implementation Model.

• Collaborative Implementation
  In this traditional implementation structure, Merittech can serve as both Project Manager and Consultant, guiding the project from start to finish. By leveraging our proven expertise, our customers have been able to dramatically increase the efficiency of their project implementation and shorten their time to deployment while minimizing the risks often associated with the introduction of new enterprise systems.

• Client-Driven Implementation
  Our more technologically savvy clients, may prefer our Client-Driven Implementation Model, where the client assumes the role of Project Manager and Merittech guides the customer through the initial installation. Merittech provides subsequent 'on-demand' consulting services at the discretion of the client Project Manager. Customers are able to retain the benefit of our experienced staff, set the pace for their own implementation, and reduce costs by allocating internal resources as required.
