Capture Canceled and Deleted Items Tool for Infor XA
This enhancement extends the Customer Order Management application (COM), storing customer orders that have been cancelled or deleted.
When open orders are manually deleted, a COM user exit will make sure that the order is added to the order history files before it is deleted. The word "Deleted" is populated into the carrier field so that you can determine the source of these historical records.
